Καλώδιο AOC Ubiquiti UACC-AOC-QSFP28-20M 20m OM3 QSFP28

The Ubiquiti UACC-AOC-QSFP28-20M is a 20 m active optical cable (AOC) with OM3 multimode fiber and QSFP28 connectors on both ends. Designed for long-range high-speed links, this cable supports up to 100 Gbps data rates and is intended for connecting high-performance networking equipment in data centers and enterprise environments.

Advantages

This Active Optical Cable provides reliable 100 Gbps transmission over a 20 m distance with reduced electromagnetic interference compared to copper cables. OM3 multimode fiber and QSFP28 interfaces ensure compatibility with common 100 Gigabit Ethernet equipment, while the AOC design offers lower power consumption and compact cabling for dense rack deployments.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting switches and routers in data centers
• High-speed server-to-switch links
• Enterprise backbone connections requiring 100 Gbps
• Environments where low EMI and high-density cabling are needed

Key specifications

• Length: 20 m
• Fiber type: OM3 multimode
• Connector type: QSFP28 to QSFP28
• Maximum data rate: 100 Gbps
• Brand: UBIQUITI
• MPN: UACC-AOC-QSFP28-20M

How to use

Inspect the QSFP28 ports on both devices to confirm compatibility and that port firmware supports AOC modules. With devices powered down or following hot-plug guidelines from your hardware vendor, insert each QSFP28 connector into the corresponding port until it seats securely. Verify link integrity and speed through device management interfaces and monitor for errors during initial operation. Follow standard handling precautions for fiber optic connectors to avoid contamination.

Recommendations

Use this AOC for short to medium-length 100 Gbps links within racks or between adjacent racks in data centers. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile force on the cable; keep connectors clean and store spares in protective caps when not in use.
