Καλώδιο ACT USB4® 40Gbps 240W USB Type-C®, USB-IF πιστοποιημένο, 0,8 μέτρα

The ACT USB4 40Gbps cable (AC7451) is an official USB-IF certified USB-C to USB-C cable designed for high-speed data, video and power delivery. It supports the USB4 Gen 3x2 protocol with Thunderbolt™4 compatibility, offers a maximum data transfer rate of 40 Gbps and delivers up to 240W using the Extended Power Range (EPR). The cable is 0.8 m long, magnetically shielded and backwards compatible with Thunderbolt™3, USB 3.2 and USB 2.0.

Advantages

The cable integrates an intelligent e-marker chip that negotiates supported features with connected devices, enabling combined data, video and power transmission over a single USB-C cable. EPR support provides higher voltage profiles (up to 48V) for a maximum power output of 240W, while USB4 and Thunderbolt™4 compatibility ensure up to 40Gbps data throughput and support for high-resolution displays. Official USB-IF certification confirms compliance with industry standards.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops and docking stations for fast data transfer and charging
• Driving one 8K @60Hz display or two 4K @60Hz displays in daisy chain (DP Alt Mode)
• High-bandwidth peripherals such as Thunderbolt-enabled storage and external GPUs
• Charging high‑power laptops and devices that require up to 240W

How to use

Connect one USB-C end to a compatible host (laptop, dock or Thunderbolt port) and the other end to the target device (display, external drive, charger or peripheral). The cable’s e-marker chip will negotiate available features automatically — data rate, PD profile and video mode — based on connected devices and their capabilities. For video over DisplayPort Alternate Mode, ensure the host and display support DP Alt Mode and configure display settings on the host as needed.

Recommendations

Use the cable with devices and chargers that support USB4, Thunderbolt™4 or EPR power profiles to fully benefit from 40Gbps speeds and 240W charging. For best performance, avoid tight bends and prolonged exposure to high temperatures; check device compatibility for daisy chaining and maximum display resolutions.
