InLine 27649B is a Slim SAS cable designed for internal connection of SAS devices such as hard drives to controllers including HBA cards, RAID controllers, JBOD, DAS and SANs. The cable provides a compact, reliable link for data transfer between storage devices and server or storage controller hardware.

Advantages

The Slim SAS form factor offers a smaller connector profile for improved airflow and easier routing in dense server or storage enclosures. The cable supports standard SAS connectivity for compatibility with common controllers and drives, and is intended to deliver stable signal transmission for internal storage setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal SAS hard drives to HBA or RAID controller cards
• Linking drives to JBOD enclosures and DAS units
• Integrating storage devices within SAN or server racks where space is limited

Recommendations

Use the InLine 27649B Slim SAS cable for internal connections only; avoid external exposure to dust or moisture and do not bend the cable sharply near the connectors. Verify compatibility with your controller and drives before installation and consult server or storage hardware documentation for proper cable routing and strain relief practices.
