InLine Καλώδιο null modem DB9 υποδοχή θηλυκή / υποδοχή θηλυκή, χυτό, 5m

InLine null modem cable for direct serial data transmission between two PCs, notebooks or servers via DB9 COM ports. The cable has female DB9 connectors on both ends, a molded strain-relief design for improved durability and a length of 5 meters. The beige colour offers a neutral appearance suitable for office and industrial environments. Note: check the PIN assignment before use.

Advantages

The molded DB9 female-to-female connectors provide a secure fit and reduced cable stress at the connector ends. A 5 m length allows flexible placement of connected devices while maintaining stable serial communications. The cable is ready to use without additional adapters and is compatible with standard RS-232 DB9 COM ports.

Suitable for

• Data transfer between two computers or notebooks via serial COM ports
• Connecting servers or network equipment with DB9 serial ports
• Use with legacy devices that require RS-232 null modem wiring

Key specifications

• Connector type: DB9 female ↔ DB9 female
• Length: 5 m
• Cable type: Null modem (crossed TX/RX according to RS-232 null modem wiring)
• Design: Molded connectors with strain relief
• Colour: Beige
• Brand: InLine, MPN: 12225, EAN: 4043718002757

How to use

Connect each DB9 female connector to the serial COM port of each device. Ensure both devices are configured for matching serial settings (baud rate, parity, data bits, stop bits) and are powered on. Verify the PIN assignment and null modem wiring if communication does not establish immediately. No additional adapters are normally required when connecting standard DB9 serial ports.

Recommendations

Inspect connector pins and port alignment before connection; avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable to preserve signal integrity and prolong service life.
