Ηλεκτρικό κουτί Rittal AX 1060.000

The Rittal AX 1060.000 electrical enclosure is a steel cabinet designed for the protection and organisation of electrical and electronic components. With exterior dimensions of 600 mm width, 210 mm depth and 600 mm height, and an IP66 rating, the cabinet provides dust-tight construction and protection against powerful water jets for use in demanding indoor and outdoor environments. The unit’s white finish and solid-steel construction offer mechanical stability and a neutral appearance suitable for technical rooms, production areas and outdoor installations where robust protection is required.

Advantages

The enclosure’s IP66 protection ensures reliable sealing against dust ingress and high-pressure water, increasing component longevity in harsh conditions. Steel construction delivers high mechanical strength and resistance to impacts and deformation under load. Its compact footprint with a 600 × 210 × 600 mm external size enables efficient use of limited space while still accommodating standard electrical modules and mounting accessories. A factory-applied white finish simplifies integration into existing installations and eases visual identification.

How to use

Select a suitable mounting location that supports the enclosure weight and allows access for cabling and maintenance. Prepare cable entries or conduit connections compatible with the IP66 rating, and fit appropriate gland plates or blanking elements where required. Install internal mounting plates, DIN rails or mounting accessories before placing electrical components, allowing clearance for ventilation and cable routing. Fasten the enclosure securely to a wall or frame, connect the incoming and outgoing wiring according to applicable electrical standards, and verify seals and gaskets are seated correctly to maintain the IP66 protection level.

Recommendations

Use compatible cable glands and sealing accessories to preserve the IP66 rating, inspect gaskets periodically for wear, and consider corrosion protection measures in highly corrosive environments. Ensure installation follows local electrical codes and manufacturer instructions for safe operation.
