The component is intended for straightforward installation and routine maintenance to restore or maintain print quality in supported Honeywell/Datamax O'Neil equipment.

Advantages

This print head delivers consistent thermal printing performance for monochrome applications, reducing print defects and ensuring sharp text and simple graphics. Its design follows the mechanical and thermal tolerances expected by the NOVA 4 DT platform, which helps minimize downtime during replacement. The packaged unit is ready for immediate installation and offers compatibility with the printer's direct thermal mode to support reliable operation in continuous or intermittent printing environments.

Suitable for

• Replacing worn or damaged direct thermal print heads in NOVA 4 DT printers
• On-site maintenance and service of retail, logistics, or manufacturing printing stations
• Low- to medium-volume monochrome label and receipt printing tasks

Key specifications

• Printing technology: direct thermal
• Color output: monochrome (black)
• Compatibility: designed for NOVA 4 DT printers
• Packaging: protective box for safe transport and storage
• Intended use: replacement print head for thermal labeling and receipt printing

How to use

Power off the NOVA 4 DT printer and follow the manufacturer's instructions to access the print head assembly. Remove the old print head carefully to avoid damaging adjacent components, then install the ENM533529 unit in the correct orientation and secure all fasteners and connections.
