Herlitz maX.file ντοσιέ με κρίκους A4 μωβ αρχειοθέτηση D-ring 50011858

The Herlitz maX.file ring binder A4 in Violet is a durable document organiser designed for A4 paperwork. It features a D-ring mechanism that holds punched pages securely and allows smooth turning. The binder's cover protects contents from dust and bending while its vibrant violet finish helps identify and group documents at a glance. Suitable for home, study and office environments, the Herlitz maX.file combines practical storage capacity with a compact, approachable design.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism provides stable alignment of pages and reduces stress on the paper compared with standard round rings, improving long-term document condition. The binder cover is resistant to everyday wear and keeps papers flat; the violet colour makes it easy to visually sort files. The spine and cover construction supports upright storage on shelves and in cabinets, and the mechanism is engineered for reliable opening and closing over frequent use.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 reports, contracts and reference documents
• Filing school or university notes and coursework
• Storing invoices, receipts and accounting paperwork
• Creating project dossiers or client files in the office

Key specifications

• Format: A4 (sheets for A4-sized paper)
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for secure page alignment
• Capacity: suitable for standard punched paper stacks (capacity varies with paper thickness)
• Cover material: durable protective cover designed for daily use
• Colour: violet for easy visual identification
• Storage orientation: suitable for upright shelf storage

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism using the release tabs or levers and insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings, making sure holes align properly before closing the rings to secure the pages. Arrange documents in the desired order and label the spine or cover to simplify retrieval. For routine filing, place frequently used documents near the front and archive older papers toward the back to maintain an organised binder.

Recommendations

Use standard 2- or 4-hole punched A4 paper compatible with the D-ring spacing and avoid overfilling beyond the binder's comfortable capacity to maintain the mechanism's function. Store the binder upright on a shelf in a dry environment and avoid extreme bending or heavy stacking to preserve the cover and ring alignment.
