Hebotec TFC6 28 Κλιπ αισθητήρα θερμοκρασίας για σωλήνες 28mm (3110-028C)

In industrial HVAC and process control environments, securing temperature sensors to pipes without interrupting flow is critical. The Hebotec TFC6 28 Temperature Sensor Clip provides a robust, two-part polyamide clamp for 28 mm diameter pipes or probes. It ensures reliable thermal contact and stable mounting for PT100, PT1000, NTC, or KTY sensors, even under vibration or temperature swings.

Key specifications

• Clamping diameter: 28 mm
• Material: Polyamide (PA), electrically insulating
• Color: Black
• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +120°C
• Mounting: Clip-on, screw-fastened (M4 screws recommended, not included)
• Sensor compatibility: Universal for probes up to 28 mm diameter
• Chemical resistance: Good against oils, greases, fuels, and many solvents
• Flame retardancy: UL94-HB (typical for standard PA)
• Compliance: RoHS, REACH

Why choose it

This clip eliminates the need for adhesives or welding, allowing quick installation and repositioning. Its polyamide construction offers excellent insulation and resistance to common industrial fluids, ensuring long-term reliability. The two-part design accommodates slight pipe diameter variations while maintaining firm grip.

Ideal use cases

• HVAC systems for pipe temperature monitoring
• Building automation sensor mounting
• Industrial process control on 28 mm lines
• Retrofitting temperature probes in existing installations

Good to know

Screws are not included; use M4 fasteners. The clip is suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor use; prolonged UV exposure may degrade standard PA. For best thermal response, ensure the sensor makes direct contact with the pipe surface.
