HDD Western Digital 14 TB 3,5 ίντσες SATA III WD142KRYZ

The Western Digital Gold 14 TB 3.5" SATA III HDD (model WD142KRYZ) is an enterprise-class hard drive designed for data centers and storage systems that require high capacity and sustained performance. With 14 TB of capacity, 7200 RPM spindle speed and a 512 MB buffer, this SATA drive is built to handle heavy application workloads while offering enhanced durability and low power draw for large-scale deployments.

Advantages

WD Gold drives provide up to 2.5 million hours MTBF and are engineered with vibration protection electronics to maintain stable performance in multi-drive and high-vibration environments. For higher-capacity models, technologies such as HelioSeal and OptiNAND enable reduced power consumption and greater capacities; the 14 TB model benefits from enterprise-grade design, fast 7200 RPM operation and a large 512 MB cache to improve data access times and throughput.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Enterprise data centers and rack-mounted storage arrays
• High-performance servers and virtualization hosts
• Backup, archiving and large-capacity storage pools
• Applications with sustained heavy workloads (up to enterprise workload ratings)
