Hama 00205255 ομοαξονικό καλώδιο 10 m F λευκό

The Hama 00205255 10 m coaxial cable with F connectors in white provides a straightforward solution for transmitting audio and video signals between compatible devices. This coaxial lead is designed to deliver low-loss signal transfer over a 10 metre run, maintaining picture and sound quality for satellite receivers, televisions and set-top boxes. The cable’s standard F-type terminations on both ends ensure compatibility with most consumer satellite and TV equipment.

Advantages

The cable offers a fixed 10 m length that reduces the need for extensions and simplifies installation behind AV furniture. Its coaxial construction minimises electromagnetic interference and signal attenuation over the run. White outer sheathing allows for discreet routing along walls or skirting boards in domestic environments. F-type connectors on both ends provide secure screw-on connections that resist accidental disconnection.

Suitable for

• Connecting satellite receivers to wall sockets or LNBs where compatible
• Linking digital and analogue televisions to antenna points
• Connecting set-top boxes, recorders and cable TV tuners
• Home AV installations requiring a 10 m coaxial run with F connectors

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial
• Connector type: F connectors on both ends
• Length: 10 metres
• Outer colour: white
• Typical use: audio/video signal transmission for TV and satellite systems

How to use

Route the cable from the source device to the receiver point avoiding tight bends and sharp edges to maintain integrity of the coaxial core. Screw the F connectors firmly by hand onto corresponding threaded sockets on the TV, satellite receiver or wall outlet until secure; do not over-tighten with tools to avoid damaging the connector. Test the connection by switching on devices and checking signal strength and picture quality. If needed, reposition cable routing to reduce interference from power cables or strong electromagnetic sources.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable run as short as practical and avoid coiling excess length tightly. Use indoor routing for this white-sheathed cable or protect it if used in exposed locations. When connecting outdoor equipment such as an external LNB, ensure the outdoor connection point and any joints are weatherproofed using appropriate seals and enclosures.
