Hama 00205221 ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος F-Typ 1 τεμ.

The Hama F-type coaxial connector 00205221 is a single-piece adapter designed to provide a reliable connection between equipment with F-type and coaxial terminations. Finished in silver, the connector ensures a stable signal path for audio and video applications where a standard F connection must be converted or extended to a coaxial cable or device. This compact adapter is supplied as one unit and fits typical household and professional AV cabling setups.

Advantages

This adapter offers a secure threaded F-type interface for low-loss connections and consistent contact pressure. Its compact, metallic construction provides physical durability and good shielding performance against interference. The simple, single-piece design makes installation straightforward without additional tools in many common setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting satellite, cable TV or antenna leads to devices with coaxial inputs
• Extending existing F-type cabling to equipment using a coaxial connector
• Home AV installations, set-top boxes and digital TV receivers

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type to coaxial
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Finish: silver-colored metal housing
• Application: audio and video signal transmission
• Mechanical connection: threaded F coupling on one side, coaxial contact on the other

How to use

To install, align the F-type threaded end with the mating F connector on the cable or device and screw on until hand-tight to ensure stable mechanical and electrical contact. Attach the coaxial end to the corresponding coaxial socket, ensuring the centre conductor and outer shield make proper contact. Avoid overtightening metal-to-metal to prevent thread damage. If necessary, disconnect power to connected devices before making or changing connections.

Recommendations

Use this connector in dry environments and avoid exposure to corrosive conditions. For best signal quality, use with properly prepared, undamaged coaxial cables and ensure connectors are free from dirt or bent centre conductors before assembly.
