Hama 00205207 ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος F-Typ 2 τεμ.

The Hama 00205207 coaxial connector provides two F-type connectors in a compact pack intended for connecting coaxial cables in audio and video systems. The connectors are designed to create secure screw-on connections for reliable signal transmission and are suitable for installations where a stable RF connection is required. The pack includes two identical connectors ready for immediate use in domestic or professional AV setups.

Advantages

These F-type coaxial connectors are engineered for a stable mechanical connection that minimizes signal loss at the junction between cable and device. Their screw-on design supports easy fitting without special tools in most cases. Supplied in a two-piece pack, they offer a simple spare-or-replacement solution for televisions, set-top boxes, satellite receivers and other RF devices where an F-type interface is standard.

Suitable for

• Connecting coaxial cables to TVs, set-top boxes and radios
• Satellite and terrestrial antenna installations with F-type interfaces
• Repairing or replacing worn F-type cable ends in home AV systems

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type (coaxial)
• Quantity: 2 pieces per pack
• Intended use: RF signal transmission for audio/video equipment
• Mounting style: screw-on (threaded) connection

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and exposing the braided shield and inner conductor according to the cable manufacturer's guidance. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable so that the inner conductor passes through the center pin and the braided shield makes contact with the connector body. Tighten the connector by screwing it onto the mating device or cable end until secure, ensuring firm mechanical contact without over-tightening. Use the second connector for the other cable or as a spare.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, ensure that the cable preparation exposes the correct conductor lengths and that the braid is evenly distributed around the connector body. Avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the connector or cable; if frequent reconnections are required, keep one connector as a replacement to reduce wear on the installed connector.
