The Hama 00047865 power extension provides a 3 m H05VV-F cable with a moulded plug and a single Type F (Schuko) socket with earth contact. The unit is child-proof and designed with reinforced strain relief and kink protection to increase mechanical resistance. Its white finish suits domestic and office environments where a short, reliable power extension is needed.

Advantages

Moulded plug and socket improve strain relief and reduce cable kinking, increasing durability. The built-in earth contact and child-proof construction enhance safety during everyday use. The 3 m H05VV-F cable supports typical low-voltage household and office appliances while the compact single-socket design keeps the setup simple and unobtrusive.

How to use

Insert the moulded plug into a compatible grounded wall outlet. Connect a single appliance to the Type F socket, ensuring the device’s power rating does not exceed local socket specifications. Avoid placing the cable under heavy furniture or in positions where it can be pinched. Inspect the cable and connectors periodically for visible damage and stop using the extension if damage is found.

Recommendations

Do not overload the extension by connecting appliances whose combined current exceeds the rated capacity of the wall outlet or cable. For permanent or high-load installations, consult a qualified electrician and prefer fixed wiring or an appropriately rated power distribution solution.
