Γυαλιά ασφαλείας Uvex 9169543 Πράσινο Μαύρο

uvex super f OTG are overspec safety spectacles designed to fit comfortably over prescription glasses while providing full coverage of the eye area. The model 9169543 in green and black features a grey polycarbonate lens with combined UV and IR protection and is certified to EN 166 for personal eye protection and EN 169 for welding protection, with a welding protection level of 3.

Advantages

These safety glasses offer reliable UV 400 and enhanced IR protection through new filter technology, clear colour recognition via uvex sunglare filters, and an anti-fog coating on the inside plus an extremely scratch-resistant outer surface (uvex infradur plus) that helps minimise damage from welding sparks. The hinged side-arm concept and soft ear pieces ensure a comfortable fit for long wear, and the OTG (over-the-glasses) design provides unrestricted side visibility for users who wear prescription spectacles.

How to use

Place the uvex super f OTG over your existing prescription spectacles so that the inner contours rest comfortably against the sides of your head. Ensure the hinged side arms are fully unfolded and positioned behind the ears for a secure fit. Before welding, confirm the correct welding protection level (shade 3) and check that lenses are clean and free of significant scratches. Replace the spectacles if the anti-fog or outer scratch-resistant properties are compromised.

Recommendations

Use these overspecs for short-term welding and general industrial protection when wearing prescription glasses. Regularly inspect the lens for damage, clean with a soft cloth and approved lens cleaner, and store in a protective case to preserve the uvex infradur plus coating and maintain UV/IR performance.
