Καλώδιο δικτύου Alcasa 50m Cat6 μωβ S/FTP

The Alcasa 50m Cat6 networking cable in violet is a shielded S/FTP Ethernet cable designed for structured cabling, local area networks and high-speed data transfer. Built with Category 6 performance characteristics, this 50 m cable supports reliable wired connections using RJ-45 terminations with gold-plated contacts to improve conductivity and contact durability. The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, making the cable suitable for installations in environments with nearby power lines, electronic equipment or multiple adjacent cables.

Advantages

The cable combines Cat6 electrical specifications with S/FTP shielding to provide stable gigabit Ethernet performance over longer runs. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts help ensure consistent signal transmission and reduced oxidation over time. The 50 m length allows for flexible placement between network devices without the need for intermediate patch panels. The violet jacket delivers a distinct visual identifier for easier cable management in racks and conduits.

Suitable for

• Wired gigabit networks in homes and offices
• Structured cabling between switches, routers, and patch panels
• Connections for desktops, NAS devices, and IP cameras
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 50 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Jacket colour: Violet

How to use

Uncoil the Alcasa Cat6 cable carefully to avoid kinks and excessive twisting. Connect each RJ-45 plug to the corresponding network port on your devices, ensuring a firm click into place. Route the cable through cable trays or along walls using appropriate clips or ties, maintaining gentle bend radii to preserve performance. For permanent installations, verify continuity and performance with a cable tester after installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to mains power lines for extended lengths; cross power cables at right angles if necessary. Use the violet colour to label or group specific network segments visually. When installing in shared conduits or high-interference areas, maintain proper grounding of shielded infrastructure and test link speeds after installation to confirm expected throughput.
