How to use

Turn off the relevant circuit at the breaker before removing the existing rocker plate. Unsnap or unscrew the old rocker according to the frame’s fastening method, taking care not to disturb the mounted modular insert or connected wiring. Align the replacement rocker plate with the insert and frame, then press or secure it into place until it engages with the frame. Restore power and test the switch operation to confirm correct installation.

Recommendations

Use the rocker plate only with Gira System 55 compatible inserts and frames. Ensure power is isolated before any work. For repeated or heavy-use locations, inspect the plate periodically for wear and replace if mechanical operation becomes stiff or unreliable.
