How to use

Select the correct connector colour/size and place the insulated terminal into the appropriate crimping jaw. Squeeze the formed handles firmly until the positive locking mechanism engages, then release the lock to remove the crimped connector. Ensure the conductor is correctly positioned inside the terminal before crimping and perform a pull test after crimping to verify a secure connection.

Recommendations

Use the Gedore 8155 for matching connector sizes only; do not attempt to crimp conductors outside the specified application range. Keep the tool clean and periodically inspect the crimping jaws for wear. Store in a dry place to preserve the gun-metal finish and steel parts.
