Gedore 1552139 πένσα πλάτος 66 mm ύψος 33 mm βάρος 173 g

Plier Gedore 1552139 is a compact tool with a width of 66 mm, height of 33 mm and a weight of 173 g. It has long flat-round jaws with angled, serrated gripping surfaces and induction-hardened precision cutting edges. The plier is made from special hardened and tempered Gedore steel with chrome plating, and the handles are fitted with VDE insulating sleeves for protection up to 1000 V in accordance with EN 60900 / IEC 60900.

Advantages

The long flat-round jaws and angled serrated surfaces provide secure gripping of round and flat parts, while induction-hardened cutting edges (61–63 HRC) ensure durability and precise cutting. Chrome-plated Gedore steel construction improves corrosion resistance. VDE-insulated handles allow safe work on live electrical installations up to 1000 V when used correctly and tested.

How to use

Hold the plier by its insulated handles and position the jaws around the workpiece. Use the serrated gripping surfaces to hold round or flat parts firmly; apply cutting force with the induction-hardened edges where required. For electrical tasks, verify insulation integrity and ensure the plier is rated for the system voltage before contact. Maintain a stable grip and use controlled force to avoid damaging the tool or the workpiece.

Recommendations

Inspect the VDE insulation regularly for damage and do not use the plier on live circuits unless the insulation is intact and the tool is certified for the voltage involved. Keep cutting edges sharp and free of nicks; store the tool dry to preserve the chrome plating and prevent corrosion.
