In daily use

System administrators can connect a null-modem cable or serial console device to the DB9 port and access the server's BIOS, bootloader, and operating system console. The adapter supports standard RS232 data rates up to 115.2 kbps, ensuring reliable communication for configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging. Because it draws power from the motherboard, no external power supply is needed, and the internal form factor keeps the server layout clean and secure.
