Select a programme or set the temperature (60–200 °C) and time (up to 60 minutes) using the touch controls, then start. For even crisping, avoid overcrowding the basket and shake or turn food when the reminder appears. Preheat the fryer briefly for recipes that benefit from higher initial heat. Always follow recommended temperatures and times for frozen foods and check doneness before serving.
