Remove knives by pulling them straight out. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and allow to dry; avoid immersing the block completely in water.

Recommendations

Position the block away from the edge of the countertop and out of reach of children. For best hygiene, remove blades and dry them before inserting into the block. Periodically inspect the rods for debris and wipe clean to maintain secure holding.
