Φίλτρο απορρήτου οθόνης Kensington EQ140A169E για φορητούς υπολογιστές 14'' 16:9

The Kensington EQ140A169E Privacy Screen Filter is designed for 14" laptops with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Made with up to 54% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content and shipped in FSC® certified packaging, this filter provides a sustainable privacy solution for offices and mobile work. It narrows the field of view to ±30° to reduce the risk of shoulder surfing and also reduces blue light exposure to help ease eye strain. The reversible matte/glossy design and scratch‑resistant surface add durability, while touchscreen compatibility and multiple installation options make it suitable for a range of laptop setups.

Advantages

The privacy filter combines sustainability and practical protection: PCR content lowers environmental impact, an anti-reflective coating reduces glare, and a limited viewing angle helps protect sensitive information in public or shared spaces. The reversible matte and glossy sides provide viewing flexibility and the scratch‑resistant finish improves longevity. Installation via frameless tab holders or double-sided tape offers either temporary or cleaner permanent mounting. The product meets military-grade wipe down testing (MIL-STD-810H Method 504.3) and includes a 2-year limited warranty.

How to use

For removable mounting, attach the included frameless tab holders to the laptop bezel and align the filter before securing it. For a cleaner permanent setup, apply the supplied double-sided tape around the display edges, align the filter and press firmly. Choose matte or glossy side according to your preference and clean the filter with a soft, lint-free cloth. The filter is compatible with touchscreens; operate touch controls normally through the screen protector.

Recommendations

To preserve the anti-reflective and scratch‑resistant surfaces, clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Remove the filter carefully when transporting the device to avoid bending or creasing. Use the frameless tabs if you need frequent removal and reattachment; use double-sided tape for a neater, longer-term installation.
