Φάκελος MAILmedia VSD-TASCHE C5 λευκός 90 g/m² – μέγεθος C5, λευκός, 90 g

MAILmedia VSD-TASCHE C5 White 90 g/m² is a straightforward C5 envelope made from 90 g/m² white paper, designed to carry A5 documents or A4 sheets folded in half. Its standard C5 dimensions provide a neat fit for letters, invoices, brochures and small marketing materials, ensuring professional presentation and basic protection during mailing and handling.

Advantages

The envelope combines a clean white appearance with a medium-weight 90 g/m² paper that balances durability and a smooth printable surface. The standard C5 format reduces the need for folding when using A5 documents and accommodates folded A4 materials without excess bulk. Its reliable construction supports everyday office and commercial mailing while remaining affordable and easy to store.

Suitable for

• Mailing letters, invoices and notices
• Sending A5 documents and folded A4 sheets
• Distributing brochures, leaflets and small catalogs
• Internal office correspondence and filing

Key specifications

• Format: C5 (fits A5 or A4 folded once)
• Material weight: 90 g/m² paper
• Color: white
• Surface: suitable for printing and labeling
• Intended use: mailing and document protection

How to use

Insert the documents so they lie flat inside the envelope and align them with the flap side. If using a folded A4 sheet, fold cleanly once along the center to avoid bulging. Seal according to the envelope's closure type (moisten the gummed flap or apply adhesive strip if present) and label or print the recipient address on the front. For additional security, use a postage meter or add a shipping label as required.

Recommendations

Store envelopes flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve paper quality. When printing addresses or logos, test a single envelope first to confirm ink adhesion and feed compatibility with your printer. For heavier contents or important documents, consider reinforcing with a cardboard insert or selecting a heavier-weight envelope.
