EXSYS EX-60344 2-Port PoE++ Media Converter 90W, SFP, -40°C έως +80°C

In industrial automation and outdoor surveillance, powering high-demand devices like PTZ cameras or wireless access points over long distances requires a robust media converter. The EXSYS EX-60344 combines a Gigabit RJ45 port with an SFP slot for fiber uplink, delivering up to 90W PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt Type 4) to connected equipment. Its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and IP30 aluminum housing make it suitable for harsh environments, while DIN-rail or wall mounting options simplify installation in control cabinets or remote enclosures.

Key specifications

• 1x 10/100/1000Base-T(X) RJ45 port with PoE++ output up to 90W
• 1x 100/1000Base-X SFP slot for fiber connectivity
• Supports IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 (PoE++) standard
• Operating temperature: -40°C to +80°C
• Power input: DC 48-56V (redundant)
• Jumbo frame support up to 9K bytes
• ESD and surge protection: 6KV DC
• IP30 aluminum housing, DIN-rail or wall mount
• LED indicators: Power, PoE, Link/Act
• DIP switch functions: LFP (Link Fault Pass Through), PoE Reset

Why choose it

This converter bridges copper and fiber networks while providing high-power PoE, eliminating the need for separate power injectors. Its rugged design and wide temperature tolerance ensure reliable operation in extreme conditions, from freezing cold to intense heat. The SFP slot offers flexibility to choose the appropriate fiber transceiver for distance and cable type.

Ideal use cases

• Industrial Ethernet networks requiring fiber uplinks
• Outdoor IP surveillance systems with high-power PTZ cameras
• Connecting remote wireless access points in harsh environments
• Building automation and smart infrastructure

Good to know

The device supports redundant DC power input for increased reliability. The DIP switches allow enabling Link Fault Pass Through to propagate link status across the fiber connection, and PoE reset to remotely power cycle connected devices. No SFP module is included; a compatible 100/1000Base-X SFP transceiver must be purchased separately.
