εξολκέας βιδών/μπουλονιών Gedore 2659352

The Gedore 2659352 screw/bolt extractor is intended for removing broken, damaged or stripped screws, bolts and tube ends. It is manufactured from high-grade chrome-vanadium steel and tempered to a hardness of 54–56 HRC. The tool’s geometry and thread length have been optimised to improve grip and reduce the required drilling depth, while offering greater safety for both user and component.

Advantages

The revised cross-section geometry lowers unscrewing torques and improves engagement with damaged fasteners. Optimised thread length reduces drilling depth and speeds up extraction. Tempered chrome-vanadium construction provides durability and resistance to wear. The design extends the range of applicable fastener sizes and saves time during repair work.

How to use

Drill a pilot hole into the centre of the damaged screw or bolt to the required depth, then insert the extractor and turn it counterclockwise to bite into the fastener and back it out. Use appropriate drills and retain steady axial pressure while turning. Follow standard safe working distances and clamp the workpiece where possible to prevent movement during extraction.

Recommendations

Use appropriate-sized pilot drills and suitable torque control to avoid further damage; wear eye protection and clamp the workpiece for safer, more effective extraction.
