How to use

Before installation, verify the component visually against the existing enclosure to confirm matching colour and fit. Remove any power sources and follow standard lockout/tagout procedures for the cabinet. Dismantle the relevant panel or cover according to the enclosure manufacturer’s instructions, replace the old or damaged part with the Rittal component, and secure mounting points with the original fasteners or specified replacements. After installation, check alignment and secure sealing or grounding elements as required by the enclosure design.

Recommendations

Store the component in a dry environment and handle with care to avoid scratches to the finish. Use original Rittal mounting hardware where possible and refer to the enclosure’s installation manual for torque values and sealing procedures to maintain protective performance.
