BitsPower BP-MBWP-C02 brass black is a metal accessory for custom PC liquid-cooling loops, manufactured from high-quality brass with a deep black electroplated finish. Engineered for integration into water-cooling assemblies, this component offers corrosion resistance and mechanical durability typical of brass fittings and is designed to support high-flow configurations in performance-oriented cooling systems.

Advantages

The brass construction provides reliable resistance to corrosion and long-term structural stability compared with some non-metal alternatives. The deep black e-plated finish offers enhanced surface protection and a consistent aesthetic for black-themed builds. A true high-flow internal profile reduces flow restriction, helping to maintain coolant circulation efficiency in complex loops. The product is produced in compliance with RoHS standards, ensuring it meets common environmental and safety requirements for electronic components.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops for desktop gaming and workstation systems
• Water-cooling assemblies requiring durable metal fittings with a black finish
• High-flow radiator and pump configurations where minimal flow resistance is required
• Systems seeking corrosion-resistant connector components for long-term use

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Finish: Deep black e-plated surface
• Flow characteristic: True high-flow internal design
• Compliance: RoHS compliant
• Intended use: Accessory for custom liquid-cooling loops

How to use

Install this brass cooling accessory as part of a custom liquid-cooling loop by connecting compatible tubing or fittings according to your loop layout. Ensure mating threads or sealing surfaces are clean and use appropriate thread sealant or O-rings if required by your system design. Verify alignment and secure connections to prevent leaks, then perform a pressure test or leak check with the loop filled before powering the system. Regular visual inspections of connections and the e-plated surface help detect wear or corrosion early.

Recommendations

Use with compatible brass or metal fittings to avoid galvanic corrosion when mixing dissimilar metals; consider using coolant additives or corrosion inhibitors recommended for mixed-metal loops. Avoid abrasive cleaning methods that could damage the e-plated finish and follow standard leak-testing procedures after installation.
