• Format compatibility: A4 portrait
• Outer dimensions: 245 mm width × 320 mm height
• Color: Blue
• Type: Tab index for document separation
• Intended use: Manual indexing and section marking in folders

How to use

Insert the tab index into the folder or binder so the tab aligns with the edge of the A4 portrait documents you wish to separate. Position the tab at the desired height for clear visibility from the top or side of the folder. Use the colored tab to mark sections, and place labeled inserts or write directly on the tab if writable material is provided. The tab index can be moved between folders as needed to reorganize documents.

Recommendations

To maintain a clear filing system, combine the blue tab index with other colored tabs for multi-category organization. Avoid overloading a single section to preserve the tab’s shape and readability; store documents flat and handle the tab when rearranging pages to extend its service life.
