Ετικέτες ντοσιέ Avery L4763-20 μπλε 192 x 38 mm (140)

Avery Border Binder Labels in blue (192 x 38mm) provide a practical solution for identifying and organizing binders, folders and ring files. Each pack contains 20 sheets with 7 labels per sheet, totalling 140 labels. The labels feature a clear border design and a writable surface suitable for inkjet or laser printing as well as handwriting. Designed for office, home and school use, these labels are sized to fit standard binder spines and give a uniform, professional appearance to stored documents.

Advantages

The labels are printable on common office printers and work with standard label templates, enabling quick batch printing and consistent results. Their adhesive backing ensures secure attachment to paper, card and plastic binder spines while remaining easy to apply without bubbles. The blue border improves visibility and helps categorize binders by color. Sheets are pre-cut for simple separation and alignment during printing, reducing setup time.

• Organizing school folders and classroom binders
• Color-coded filing systems at home
• Project documentation and reference binders

Key specifications

• Label size: 192 x 38 mm
• Colour: blue border with writable white area
• Quantity: 140 labels per pack (20 sheets × 7 labels)
• Printable: compatible with inkjet and laser printers
• Material: printable label stock with pressure-sensitive adhesive

How to use

Store sheets flat and feed them into the printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions and the Avery template layout for 192 x 38 mm labels. After printing, separate sheets if necessary, peel the label from the backing and align it with the binder spine before pressing firmly to adhere. For handwritten text, use a permanent or pigment-based pen and allow ink to dry before stacking binders. Test print one sheet to confirm alignment and print settings before running multiple sheets.

Recommendations

For best results, use clean, dry surfaces and avoid applying labels to textured or dusty spine covers. When storing unused sheets, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance. If labels need to be removed later, heat from a hairdryer can soften the adhesive and reduce residue on many surfaces.
