Zebra Z-Perform 1000T White Paper Thermal Transfer 880014-012 is a white thermal transfer paper label designed for reliable, high-quality printing across a range of labeling applications. The label material offers a smooth, printable surface suitable for thermal transfer ribbons and produces sharp text and graphics. It is intended for use where a standard paper face stock with consistent print performance and general-purpose durability is required.

Advantages

The white paper face provides good contrast for black thermal transfer ribbons and improves barcode readability. The label material runs smoothly through thermal transfer printers and supports high-resolution printing of text, barcodes and simple graphics. Its consistent surface and dimensional stability reduce print smudging and misfeeds, helping maintain productivity in labeling workflows.

Suitable for

• Shipping and logistics labels
• Product identification and retail tags
• Inventory and warehouse labeling
• General-purpose asset tagging

Key specifications

• Label material: paper face stock
• Printing method: designed for thermal transfer printing
• Color: white
• Surface: smooth, printable surface for clear text and barcodes
• Typical use: general-purpose labels with standard durability

How to use

Install the roll in a compatible thermal transfer printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Select a suitable thermal transfer ribbon matched to paper face stocks for optimal print contrast and durability. Configure print settings for label size, print density and speed to achieve sharp barcode and text output. After printing, allow a short drying time if heavier ribbon density is used before applying or stacking labels to avoid contact transfer.

Recommendations

Use a resin or wax-resin ribbon when increased resistance to smudging or fading is required; choose a standard wax ribbon for general applications. Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance and printability. Verify compatibility with your specific thermal transfer printer model and perform test prints when changing ribbon type or printer settings.
