Εργαλείο συμπίεσης LOGON TWPHT005 για καλώδια δικτύου RJ45

LOGON TWPHT005 is a handheld crimping tool for terminating RJ45 connectors on twisted-pair Ethernet cables. Designed for field use and small-scale cable assembly, it provides a manual method for attaching modular plugs to network cables. The tool's compact form factor and ergonomic grip make it suitable for on-site connector attachment, cable repairs and custom-length cable preparation while ensuring a consistent mechanical connection for reliable Ethernet links.

Advantages

The crimping tool delivers controlled, repeatable crimps to maintain solid contact between plug contacts and conductor wires, reducing the risk of intermittent connections. Its mechanical design supports standard RJ45 modular plugs and common twisted-pair cable types, enabling fast termination without the need for power. The compact, handheld construction simplifies transport and storage for technicians working in network installations or repair scenarios.

Suitable for

• Field termination of RJ45 connectors on Cat5e and Cat6 cables
• On-site cable repair and connector replacement
• Custom patch cable assembly for offices and data cabinets
• Small-scale network installation and maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Tool type: manual crimping tool for modular RJ45 plugs
• Supported connector: 8P8C (RJ45) modular plugs
• Cable compatibility: unshielded and shielded twisted-pair Ethernet cables (commonly Cat5e, Cat6)
• Form factor: compact, handheld design with ergonomic grip
• Operation: manual leverage crimping mechanism

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to expose the individual conductors, untwist pairs and arrange the wires in the correct wiring order. Insert the conductors fully into the RJ45 modular plug so that each wire reaches the end of the contact wells, then position the plug into the crimping slot of the LOGON TWPHT005. Squeeze the handles evenly until the crimp cycle is complete and the contacts are pressed onto the conductors. After crimping, visually inspect the plug to confirm correct wire order and proper contact engagement, and test the assembled cable with a network tester if available.

Recommendations

Use appropriate cable stripping tools to avoid nicking conductor wires and choose compatible RJ45 plugs rated for the cable type. Perform a continuity and wiring polarity check after crimping to ensure reliable network performance.
