Equip SC/SC καλώδιο patch οπτικών ινών – OM1/OM2, 10 m, 62,5/125 µ

The Equip SC/SC Fiber Optic Patch Cord is a 10 m multimode cable designed for OM1/OM2 installations. It features SC connectors on both ends and a 62.5/125 µm core/cladding diameter, providing full-duplex connectivity for networking and telecommunication systems. The cable is manufactured to maintain low insertion loss and good return loss with consistent endface geometry for reliable optical connections.

Advantages

This 10 m Fiber Optic Patch Cord offers standardized SC connectors for easy mating with compatible equipment and panels. The 62.5/125 µm multimode construction supports legacy OM1/OM2 infrastructures and short-range high-speed data transmission. Robust construction and controlled endface geometry reduce signal degradation and ensure repeatable connection performance.

Suitable for

• Patch panels and fiber distribution frames
• Local area network (LAN) links and campus networking
• Telecommunication equipment connections
• Server room and data center short-range links

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces for contamination before use and clean with appropriate fiber cleaning tools if necessary. Align and insert the SC connectors into compatible SC adapters or ports until they click into place. Use one fiber for transmit and the other for receive to establish full-duplex communication. Avoid tight bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Store the patch cord in a dry, dust-free environment and avoid sharp bends (adhere to the minimum bend radius). For best performance, keep connectors capped when not in use and clean endfaces before making permanent connections.
