Secure the front mounting flanges to the rack rails using appropriate rack screws (not included) ensuring proper alignment at the specified width and depth. After mounting, load the drawer with items to be stored and close the front panel. Engage the lock to secure contents when unattended. For routine access, unlock and fully extend the drawer to place or remove items, then close and relock as required.

Recommendations

Fit the unit into a stable, grounded rack and verify that the rack screws and supporting rail positions match the 485 mm mounting width. Avoid overloading beyond the drawer’s practical capacity; distribute weight evenly and store heavier items near the rear of the drawer to maintain cabinet stability. Regularly check and maintain the lock mechanism to ensure secure operation.
