Equip 128953 Hub διασύνδεσης USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) Type-A 5000 Mbit/s μαύρο

The EQUIP 128953 USB Hub is a compact USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A hub that expands a single USB port into four Type-A ports with a maximum data transfer rate of 5000 Mbit/s. Housed in a slim black plastic casing, the hub measures 23 mm × 102 mm × 16 mm and is powered directly via the host USB connection, making it a plug-and-play solution for adding extra USB connectivity without an external power supply.

Advantages

The hub provides four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports that support high-speed data transfer up to 5 Gbit/s, while maintaining backward compatibility with USB 2.0/1.1 devices. Its small footprint and lightweight design (0.03 kg) make it suitable for mobile and desktop use. The black plastic enclosure offers a discreet appearance that integrates easily with most workstations and laptop setups. No external power adapter is required because the device draws power from the host USB port, simplifying installation and transport.

Suitable for

• Connecting multiple USB peripherals such as mice, keyboards, flash drives and external drives
• Expanding connectivity on laptops, ultrabooks and desktop PCs with limited USB Type-A ports
• Quick data transfer between USB 3.2 Gen 1 devices and a host computer
• Portable workspace setups and travel where compact, bus-powered hubs are preferred

How to use

Connect the Equip 128953 USB Hub to an available USB Type-A port on your computer. Once connected, the operating system should detect the hub automatically and make the four ports available for use. Plug compatible USB devices—such as external storage, input devices or other peripherals—into the hub's Type-A ports. For optimal data transfer speeds, connect USB 3.2 Gen 1 devices to the hub; note that overall performance may be limited by the host port or connected device capabilities.

Recommendations

Use the hub with directly connected devices that do not require high power draw, as the hub is bus-powered and shares the host port's available current. For power-hungry devices such as some external hard drives or charging large-capacity devices, consider using a self-powered hub or connecting the device directly to a powered USB port. Keep the hub placed on a flat surface and avoid obstruction of the ports to ensure reliable connection and airflow.
