The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-M5899DWF is a multifunction inkjet mono printer designed for small workgroups and high-volume office use. It offers mono printing at up to 34 ppm, a maximum print resolution of 1200 x 2400 dpi, duplex printing and scanning, single-pass duplex scanning, fax and copying functions, and network connectivity including Ethernet and Wi‑Fi. The device supports A4 media, a maximum monthly duty cycle of 5000 pages and is available in a black-and-white finish.

Advantages

This MFP combines low power consumption and a low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with high ink yields that let you print up to 40,000 pages without changing supplies. Fast first page out time (4.8 seconds from ready) and a large paper capacity (expandable to up to 1,830 sheets with optional cassettes) reduce user intervention. The simple paper path and non-contact printing handle a wide range of media including recycled paper, glossy sheets and envelopes. Integration options such as Epson Print Admin, Epson Remote Services and Epson Open Platform enable secure printing, cloud-based monitoring and compatibility with third‑party solutions like PaperCut and MyQ.
