Load the passbook or continuous forms following the guides on the printer; use approved Epson passbook ribbons for best results. Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, use genuine Epson passbook ribbons and perform periodic maintenance checks on the print head and tractor feed. Store consumables and paper in a dry environment and configure regular backups and monitoring where the printer is used in mission-critical banking or postal workflows.
