Επιτραπέζιος router DrayTek Vigor 2865ax Dualband Wi-Fi 6

The DrayTek Vigor 2865ax is a tabletop dual-band router with Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax) support, designed for small offices, home offices and remote working. It combines an integrated VDSL modem with Gigabit Ethernet WAN/LAN interfaces and multiple LAN ports to support Superfast VDSL and FTTP fibre connections, offer high wireless throughput and provide comprehensive firewall, content filtering and VPN capabilities for secure connections.

Advantages

This router delivers Wi‑Fi 6 AX3000 performance for reliable wireless throughput and reduced latency, suitable for video conferencing and 4K streaming. It supports VDSL and Ethernet WAN with load balancing to increase resilience and bandwidth utilization. Built‑in VPN client and server features (including SSL VPN and OpenVPN) enable up to 32 VPN tunnels for secure site‑to‑site and remote‑worker access. Additional features include Quality of Service, VLAN support across up to 8 networks, USB port for external storage or services, and central management via VigorACS for SD‑WAN provisioning.

Suitable for

• Home offices and remote workers needing secure VPN access
• Small businesses and satellite offices requiring multi‑WAN resilience
• Sites using Superfast VDSL and FTTP fibre with Gigabit Ethernet
• Environments with video conferencing, 4K streaming or latency‑sensitive applications

• Power: 100–240 V AC input, 12 V output; weight approx. 0.78 kg; colour: white

How to use

Place the router on a stable tabletop surface and connect the VDSL line or an Ethernet WAN (FTTP/Cable) to the WAN port. Attach the provided antennas and connect LAN devices to the Gigabit RJ‑45 ports or configure wireless clients using the SSID and WPA2/WPA3 security settings. Use the web management interface or VigorACS to perform initial setup: configure WAN failover/load balancing, set up VPN tunnels for remote access, apply Quality of Service rules and configure VLANs for network segmentation. For USB storage, plug a compatible drive into the USB port and enable file or service sharing in the router settings.

Recommendations

For stable performance, position the router centrally relative to wireless clients, enable WPA3 where supported, and keep firmware updated via VigorACS. When using multiple WAN connections, configure load balancing and route policies to prioritise critical traffic such as VoIP and video conferencing.
