Επιτραπέζιο router Mikrotik hAP Single-Band (2,4 GHz) Wi-Fi 6

hAP ax lite is a compact tabletop router that delivers single-band Wi‑Fi 6 (2.4 GHz) connectivity with a maximum WLAN data rate of 574 Mbit/s. Designed for cost-conscious deployments, it combines a modern Gen6 802.11ax wireless chip, external antenna (up to 4.3 dBi gain), four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and a USB port in a small, travel-friendly enclosure. The device includes 256 MB RAM and an ARM CPU at 800 MHz and meets common regulatory standards (RoHS, CE, FCC, IC, EAC) with IP20 protection.

Advantages

The router offers improved 2.4 GHz throughput compared with older models thanks to Wi‑Fi 6 technology, potentially increasing wireless speed by up to 90% depending on the environment. Its compact size and attractive price make it suitable for scalable installations such as hotels and expanding offices, while four Gigabit Ethernet ports provide flexible wired connectivity. Low weight and small dimensions also make it convenient for travel.

Suitable for

• Small offices and home offices requiring reliable 2.4 GHz coverage
• Hotel rooms, short‑stay accommodation and guest network bypass
• Expanding workplaces where budget and space are limited
• Travel use when a compact, single‑band Wi‑Fi 6 router is needed

How to use

Place the hAP ax lite on a flat surface close to the area where you need best 2.4 GHz coverage. Connect one of the Gigabit Ethernet ports to your modem or upstream network, optionally connect wired devices to the remaining LAN ports, and plug in the power supply. Access the router’s configuration interface via the default IP address or MikroTik’s configuration tools to set SSID, security (WPA2/WPA3 where available), channel selection and other network parameters.

Recommendations

For optimal single‑band 2.4 GHz performance, position the router away from large metal objects and sources of interference (microwaves, cordless phones). In multi‑unit deployments, plan channel allocation to minimize overlap between adjacent routers and consider using wired backhaul when scaling across rooms or floors.
