The POLY G7500 Wall Mount for HP POLY provides a secure, space-saving installation option for the POLY G7500 video conferencing system. Designed for office and meeting-room environments, the mount holds the system in a stable, fixed position that preserves cable routing and ensures reliable camera and audio alignment during calls. The product supports optimal placement to improve sightlines and reduce obstruction, making it suitable for fixed installations where consistent system orientation and professional presentation are required.

Advantages

The mount is engineered to provide solid mechanical support and minimize vibrations, maintaining stable video and audio performance during conferences. Its design allows neat cable management and reduces the risk of accidental disconnection or movement. Installation is intended to be unobtrusive and to keep the conference system securely affixed to a wall, freeing up table space and delivering a consistent viewing angle for participants. The mount’s construction focuses on durability and compatibility with the POLY G7500 hardware.

Suitable for

• Fixed conference rooms and huddle spaces
• Boardrooms where permanent installation is preferred
• Office environments seeking clean cable routing and space optimization
• Meeting spaces requiring consistent camera alignment and stable mounting

Key specifications

• Compatible device: POLY G7500 video conferencing system
• Mount type: Wall mount designed for secure, fixed installation
• Material: Robust metal construction for stability and long-term use
• Cable management: Integrated routing to protect and hide cables

Route power and signal cables through the integrated management channels, confirm firm mechanical attachment, and verify camera and audio alignment in a test call. Adjust cable lengths and secure connections to prevent strain or accidental disconnection.

Recommendations

For best results, install the mount on a structurally sound wall and use fasteners rated for the wall type and expected load. Verify that the installed height provides clear sightlines for participants and that cables are firmly secured. Periodically inspect the mounting hardware and cable routing to ensure continued stability and connection integrity.
