Επίπεδο καλώδιο ShiverPeaks 8 συρμάτων 100 m μαύρο TC 76109

Flat Cable ShiverPeaks 8-core 100 m black TC 76109 is a flattened multi-conductor cable intended for electrical and low-voltage wiring where a slim profile and tidy routing are required. The cable integrates eight insulated conductors inside a single flat sheath, allowing easier installation in confined spaces, on panels, inside equipment enclosures, or under flooring. The black outer jacket provides basic mechanical protection and a neutral appearance for visible runs.

Advantages

The flat construction reduces overall thickness and enables neat side-by-side placement or routing along edges and in cable ducts. Multiple conductors in one assembly simplify wiring runs and reduce the number of individual cables to manage. A continuous 100 m length is suitable for longer runs without splices, and the black outer sheath offers abrasion resistance and discreet appearance for installations where color matching is desired.

Suitable for

• Internal wiring of control panels and switchgear
• Low-voltage power and signal distribution in equipment and machinery
• Routing along skirting boards, inside cable ducts, and under raised floors
• Applications requiring a low-profile cable layout or parallel conductor arrangement

Key specifications

• Conductor arrangement: 8 cores in a flat configuration
• Length: 100 metres
• Outer colour: black
• Sheath type: flattened single jacket for multiple insulated conductors
• Intended use: electrical and low-voltage wiring installations

How to use

Plan the routing path to take advantage of the flat profile, which fits neatly along edges and within narrow channels. Cut the cable to length with appropriate tools, strip the outer sheath carefully to expose the individual insulated conductors, and terminate each conductor according to the electrical diagram or connection requirements. Ensure conductor insulation and polarity are checked before energising. Use strain reliefs or cable clamps at entry points to prevent mechanical stress on terminations.

Recommendations

Use the cable within its rated voltage and environmental limits; avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling forces during installation. For exposed runs consider additional mechanical protection or routing inside conduit. Verify compatibility with local electrical codes and, where necessary, select appropriate fusing or protective devices to match conductor cross-section and load.
