Επέκταση KS Tools 911.1422, χάλυβας χρωμίου-βαναδίου, 1 τεμ., 60 g

Extension bar KS Tools 911.1422 is a single-piece socket extension made from chrome vanadium steel. Weighing approximately 60 g and supplied as one unit, this extension bar increases reach for sockets and ratchets to access fasteners in confined, recessed or hard-to-reach areas. The solid construction ensures reliable torque transfer and resistance to bending during routine automotive, maintenance and assembly tasks.

Advantages

The chrome vanadium steel construction provides a balance of strength and toughness while keeping the tool lightweight. As a single-piece design, the extension bar avoids joints that can introduce play or weaken torque transmission. Its compact length and precise machining allow secure fit with common socket and ratchet drives, reducing the risk of slippage and improving control when working in restricted spaces.

Suitable for

• Accessing nuts and bolts recessed in engine bays and machinery
• General automotive repair and maintenance
• Assembly work where extra reach is required
• Service tasks in confined or hard-to-reach locations

Key specifications

• Material: chrome vanadium steel
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Weight: approximately 60 g
• Design: single-piece extension bar for sockets and ratchets

How to use

Select a socket that matches the fastener size and push it onto the extension bar until it seats securely. Attach the square drive end of the extension to a compatible ratchet, breaker bar or torque wrench. Apply steady torque through the drive while keeping alignment with the fastener to prevent side loads. After use, wipe the extension bar clean and store it in a tool tray or toolbox to avoid corrosion and damage.

Recommendations

Use the extension bar with hand tools designed for the same drive size and avoid applying impact loads unless the tool is specifically rated for impact use. Inspect the extension regularly for signs of wear or deformation and replace it if the fit to sockets becomes loose or if the component shows visible damage.
