Εντοιχιζόμενη επαφή Aritech DC120 με επίπεδο σχεδιασμό

Recessed mount contact Aritech DC120 low profile design is a concealed magnetic/contact sensor designed for flush installation within door leaves or frames. Manufactured by Aritech, the DC120 provides discreet detection for access control and intrusion alarm systems, enabling reliable circuit monitoring while maintaining a low visual profile. The compact housing and simplified wiring make it practical for installations where aesthetics and unobtrusive operation are important.

Advantages

The low-profile design of this recessed mount contact reduces visible hardware and preserves the appearance of doors and frames while maintaining consistent detection performance. Its compact dimensions enable installation in narrow profiles and many standard door types. The contact is engineered for stable switching behavior and straightforward wiring, facilitating integration with common alarm panels and access control controllers. Durable construction supports long-term indoor use with minimal maintenance.

Suitable for

• Concealed magnetic contact sensing in doors and frames
• Access control systems requiring discreet sensor installation
• Intrusion detection in residential, commercial, or office environments
• Retrofit projects where visible hardware must be minimized

Key specifications

• Mounting style: recessed/flush installation into door or frame
• Form factor: low-profile, compact housing suitable for narrow cavities
• Sensor type: magnetic/contact sensor for open/closed state detection
• Wiring: simple two-conductor wiring for connection to alarm panels or controllers
• Operating environment: intended for indoor use in standard temperature and humidity ranges
• Compatibility: designed for integration with typical access control and intrusion alarm systems

How to use

Prepare the door and frame by cutting or drilling the correct recesses to accept the sensor and magnet so they align when the door is closed. Route the wiring through the door or frame to the alarm panel or access controller, following the manufacturer’s guidance for conductor size and termination. Mount the recessed contact into the prepared cavity and secure it so that the mating magnet is positioned within the specified gap range for reliable switching. Verify alignment and perform functional tests from the alarm panel or controller to confirm open/closed state reporting.

Recommendations

Position the device where the magnet and contact maintain a consistent gap when the door is closed, avoid areas with excessive vibration or direct exposure to weather, and confirm compatibility with your alarm or access control inputs. Test the sensor after installation and periodically as part of system maintenance to ensure reliable performance.
