Ένδειξη έντασης ήχου Omnitronic SPL-1 1 καναλιού 19 ιντσών (48,30 cm) οθόνη

The Omnitronic SPL-1 1-channel 19" (48.30 cm) display is a rack-mount loudness indicator designed to provide continuous visual monitoring of sound pressure level and perceived loudness in professional audio environments. Its single-channel metering presents clear numeric and bar-graph feedback suitable for live sound reinforcement, broadcast chains and fixed AV installations. The compact 19-inch housing allows the unit to be mounted in standard equipment racks alongside mixers, processors and amplifiers for convenient level checking and overload prevention.

Advantages

The unit offers precise single-channel level indication with a readable front-panel display that shows SPL and loudness information in real time. Its rack-friendly form factor maximizes space efficiency while keeping monitoring accessible. The straightforward visual layout reduces the need for additional monitoring equipment and supports fast level assessment during setup and operation. Designed for professional use, the indicator integrates with standard audio workflows and helps maintain consistent output levels.

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the unit in a standard 19" rack and connect the audio signal to the indicated input according to the system wiring. Power the device following local electrical requirements. During operation, observe the front-panel display to monitor SPL and perceived loudness; adjust mixer or amplifier outputs as needed to keep levels within the desired operating range and to avoid clipping or overload. Use the visual feedback during soundcheck and performance to maintain consistent levels across channels and program material.

Recommendations

Position the loudness indicator within the engineer's line of sight for quick level checks, and incorporate it into routine soundchecks. Calibrate monitoring reference levels for the venue or broadcast chain to translate the displayed values into practical level adjustments. Avoid placing the unit where bright stage lighting or reflections obscure the display; ensure adequate ventilation in a densely populated rack.
