Recommendations

Use high-quality thermal paper rated for receipt printing to maximize print life and clarity. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent fading. When integrating via RS-232, verify baud rate and handshaking settings to ensure reliable communication. Periodically clean the thermal head with isopropyl alcohol following the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance to maintain print quality.
