Perform regular checks of ribbon levels and card supply to avoid interruptions.

Recommendations

Use manufacturer-recommended ribbons and PVC cards to preserve print head life and to achieve consistent color and edge-to-edge print quality. Keep the printer in a dust-free environment and perform routine cleaning procedures as specified in the user manual to maintain reliable operation. For networked installations, ensure proper IP configuration and secure access to the print server or workstation handling card personalization.
