Ekivalan OS2 Καλώδιο Patch οπτικών ινών Duplex SC/SC 9/125 µm LSZH κίτρινο 50 m COZ008DCDC2SJ0500A

In data centres and telecom rooms, network engineers need reliable single-mode links that can span long distances without signal degradation. This 50-metre OS2 duplex patch cable connects SC-terminated ports on switches, patch panels, or media converters, providing a stable 9/125 µm single-mode pathway for high-speed data transmission. The yellow LSZH jacket makes it easy to identify as single-mode while meeting low-smoke, zero-halogen safety requirements in enclosed spaces.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OS2 single-mode, 9/125 µm core/cladding
• Connectors: SC to SC, duplex, UPC polish
• Length: 50 m
• Jacket: LSZH, yellow
• Cable diameter: 3.0 mm
• Insertion loss: ≤ 0.3 dB
• Return loss: ≥ 50 dB
• Minimum bend radius: 30 mm
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +70°C

Why choose it

OS2 fibre is optimised for long-haul and high-bandwidth applications, making this cable suitable for backbone links between floors or buildings. The duplex design supports bidirectional communication over two fibres, and the SC connectors provide a secure push-pull connection. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire, which is critical for indoor installations.

Ideal use cases

• Data centre inter-rack or cross-connect patching
• Telecommunications backbone extensions
• LAN and SAN infrastructure where single-mode fibre is required
• Connecting equipment with SC duplex ports over longer distances

Good to know

The cable is pre-terminated and ready to use; no field polishing is needed. Its yellow colour conforms to industry conventions for single-mode fibre, simplifying identification in dense cable trays.
