DVD+R DL MediaRange MR476 8,5 GB 25 τεμ. 8x

MediaRange MR476 is a double-layer DVD+R disc designed for professional data storage and backup. Each disc offers 8.5 GB of capacity and supports write speeds up to 8x. The silver, scratch-resistant surface is compatible with thermal transfer printing and the media is manufactured for long archival life and good UV resistance, ensuring reliable access to photos, documents, music, videos and backups across a wide range of burners and players.

Advantages

The DVD+R DL format provides higher capacity than single-layer discs, allowing storage of larger files and longer recordings on a single disc. Write speeds of up to 8x enable relatively quick burning of data. The scratch-resistant coating improves durability against everyday handling, and the media’s construction delivers improved archival stability and UV light resistance. The discs’ silver colour and 120 mm diameter conform to standard optical disc dimensions and support common printing methods.

Suitable for

• Data backup and archiving of large files
• Storage of high-capacity video projects and movies
• Distribution of multi-session multimedia content
• Long-term storage of photo libraries and document archives

How to use

Insert a disc into a compatible DVD burner. Use disc-authoring or backup software to select files or image projects to write, choose an appropriate write speed (up to 8x) and start the burning process. After writing completes, verify the disc contents using your operating system or media player. For printing on the disc surface, use compatible thermal transfer printers and follow the printer manufacturer’s instructions for media type and handling.

Recommendations

Store discs in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Handle discs by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the recording surface. For long-term archiving, allow newly written discs to settle for a short period before stacking or storing in sleeves to minimise risk of surface damage.
