Delta sanding discs KWB 492706, 105 mm diameter, aluminium oxide abrasive coated and bonded with phenolic resin. Each disc features a strong backing with a hook-and-loop fabric attachment and is punched for dust extraction. The 5-piece set is suitable for detail and delta sanders and is intended for sanding wood, metal, paint, varnish and filler to achieve a smooth surface.

Advantages

Aluminium oxide abrasive provides effective material removal and long life on both wood and metal. Phenolic resin bonding secures the abrasive grains for consistent performance. The strong backing and hook-and-loop fabric allow fast, secure attachment and quick disc changes. Punched design improves dust extraction when used with compatible sanders.

How to use

Attach the disc to a compatible delta or detail sander using the hook-and-loop backing, aligning any holes with the sander's dust extraction ports. Start sanding with light pressure and move the sander evenly across the surface. For best results, progress through finer grits if smoothing or finishing. Replace discs when abrasive performance diminishes.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection) and ensure proper dust extraction when sanding. Test on a small hidden area to confirm suitability for the material and chosen grit.
