Δίσκος δισκοπρίονου Metabo 628657000 30,5 cm

The Metabo 628657000 circular saw blade has a diameter of 30.5 cm and a bore size of 3 cm. Designed for cutting a range of wood-based materials, this blade is suitable for chipboard, hardwood, MDF, plywood and softwood. Its construction focuses on stable rotation, precise cuts and a balance between durability and cutting performance for both professional and DIY applications.

Advantages

The blade's 30.5 cm diameter and 3 cm arbor provide compatibility with saws designed for this size, offering consistent rotational stability. Tooth geometry and material selection are chosen to deliver clean crosscuts and reduced tear-out in wood-based panels. The blade is engineered to maintain edge retention under repeated use while allowing for controlled feed rates and accurate finish quality.

Suitable for

• Crosscuts and rip cuts in chipboard and particleboard
• Cutting hardwood boards and panels
• Trimming and sizing MDF and laminated panels
• General carpentry and workshop cutting of plywood and softwood

Key specifications

• Diameter: 30.5 cm
• Arbor (bore) diameter: 3 cm
• Material compatibility: chipboard, hardwood, MDF, plywood, softwood
• Intended use: circular saws sized for a 30.5 cm blade

How to use

Install the blade on a circular saw that supports a 30.5 cm diameter blade and a 3 cm arbor, following the saw manufacturer's instructions for secure mounting and correct rotation direction. Ensure the saw is disconnected from power during fitting. Use appropriate feed speed and straight guides or fences for precise cuts. Wear suitable personal protective equipment such as eye and hearing protection, and check the blade for damage before each use. Allow the tool to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece and complete cuts with steady, controlled motion.

Recommendations

For best results, use the blade with sharp, clean teeth and match cutting speeds to the specific material—slower feed for hardwoods and laminated panels, moderate feed for plywood and softwood. Periodically inspect and, if necessary, have the blade professionally sharpened to maintain cut quality and reduce stress on the saw motor.
