Διαγώνιος πλαϊνός κόφτης Knipex 25 26 160

The Knipex 25 26 160 diagonal pliers are compact precision cutters designed for finer gripping and cutting tasks. Made from forged chromium-vanadium electric steel and oil-hardened for durability, these diagonal pliers feature pointed, half-round jaws and knurled gripping surfaces. Cutting edges are induction hardened to approximately 61 HRC for reliable performance on soft, medium-hard and hard wire. The pliers measure 160 mm in length and have plastic handles for comfortable handling during accurate work.

Advantages

Pointed half-round jaws allow access in confined spaces and support fine gripping and cutting operations. Knurled gripping surfaces improve control when holding small parts. The cutting edges are induction hardened (approx. 61 HRC) to extend service life and ensure clean cuts across soft, medium-hard and hard wire. Forged chromium-vanadium steel construction with oil hardening provides structural strength and long-term durability.

Suitable for

• Precision electrical and electronics work
• Cutting soft, medium-hard and hard wire
• Fine mechanical and assembly tasks in tight spaces
• Hobby and model-making tasks requiring exact cuts

How to use

Position the pliers so the material to be cut lies close to the cutting edges for a clean cut. For gripping tasks, use the pointed half-round jaws and knurled surfaces to secure small parts. Apply steady, even pressure to the handles; avoid twisting motions while cutting. After use, wipe clean and store in a dry place to prevent corrosion and preserve the cutting edge.

Recommendations

Use these diagonal pliers for cutting and fine gripping of electrical wires and small components; do not use them on hardened steel nails or as a substitute for heavy-duty cutters. Regularly inspect the cutting edges and avoid cutting materials that exceed the tool's intended hardness range to maintain edge life.
